What a Typical BStrong Class Looks Like
We know walking into a new workout can feel intimidating — here’s exactly what you can expect in every session:
Warm-Up: Each class starts with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body and prevent injury.
Strength Training: You’ll move through a full-body workout using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises — all tailored to your fitness level.
Form Coaching: You’ll get hands-on guidance and form corrections so you can train safely and confidently.
Supportive Environment: BStrong is a small group setting where everyone encourages each other. You won’t get lost in a crowd, and you’ll always know what to do and how to do it.

You select one time slot to commit to for the entire month (ie Mon/Wed 6am) and those are your 8 classes to attend. This is to help you maintain a consistent workout schedule you can dedicate yourself to and to cap our classes at 8 members to keep them small. If you have a hectic schedule and cannot commit to a time slot, we have a "Flex" membership option (talk to Laura about this at your first class for more details!).

You are able to book a make-up class with our in-app schedule system at any point within your package! We have a flexible policy on make up classes for you to come workout whenever works best for your schedule. You will also have access to the workout via our fitness app that you can do at home on your own.

Each member gets a 30 minute 1:1 coaching session with Laura along with a customized nutrition plan based on your current lifestyle and goals. You can also join our 12 week group weight loss program, The Balanced Body Method, at a discounted rate. Laura takes a holistic approach to each plan to help you establish sustainable healthy habits, while factoring in your unique background and experiences.

BStrong is designed for beginner and intermediate lifters. Laura prides herself on making her workouts accessible for women and men of all levels while also transforming them into more confident and capable lifters in the gym.

We use dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, benches, TRX, battle ropes, and medicine balls.

BStrong is more than just a fitness class. This is personal training in a small group setting. On average, there are 6 people per class which means you get very close attention from Laura the entire time. Additionally, you will be doing a structured progressive overload program for 4 weeks specifically designed to help you build muscle, not just random workouts that get you sweaty. And finally, our community! We have a 90% retention rate and Laura attributes that to the supportive and welcoming community we have. Whether you’ve never lifted a dumbbell or are feeling intimidated starting a workout program, you’re welcome here and will be supported every step of the way.
