All classes will take place in person at Hella Strength in Willow Glen on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm.

HOW MUCH: $90/week for 6 weeks or get a discount by paying in full for the entire 6 week program for $499


Q: What if I want to work out more than 2x per week?

A: You 100% can! Laura gives you your workouts each week so you can either repeat the two workouts on your own or you are welcome to add in additional cardio workouts like cycling or running.


Q: What happens if I can’t make a class?

A: Laura will give you your workout to complete on your own. If you don’t have access to the same equipment, Laura will provide a modified workout you can do with bands/bodyweight.


Q: How experienced in the gym do I need to be?

A: All levels are welcome to this program. Laura prides herself on making her workouts accessible for newbie lifters while also challenging well-seasoned lifters in the gym.


Q: Do you offer refunds?
